New Thoughts For A New Year

1. The Bible says our thoughts are the first steps of our words and actions. If we have good thoughts, we will use good words and make good decisions.

It’s important to think positively. In this lesson, we will look at some positive thoughts from the Bible.

2. When you don’t know what to do, trust God and He will help you.

４５神にも人にも喜ばれ、物事を正しく判断できるようになりたければ、徹底的に神様に頼ることです。絶対に自分を頼ってはいけません。６何をするにも、神様を第一にしなさい。 神様がどうすればよいか教えてくださり、それを成功させてくださいます。

3. When you are tired, Jesus says He will give you rest.

２８重いくびきを負って働かされ、疲れはてている人たちよ。さあ、わたしのところに来なさい。あなたがたを休ませてあげましょう。２９わたしはやさしく、謙そんな者ですから、それこそ負いやすいわたしのくびきを、わたしといっしょに負って、わたしの教えを受けなさい。そうすれば、あなたがたのたましいは安らかになります。３０わたしが与えるのは、軽い荷物だけだからです。」 Matthew 11:28-30

4. When you think you are in an impossible situation, remember the Bible says all things are possible for God.

5. When you think you aren’t loved, remember God loves you.

6. When you can’t forgive yourself, remember the Bible says God will forgive you.

7. When something bad happens, remember the Bible says God will work out everything for good for you.

8. When you have difficulties and think you can’t go on anymore, remember God says, “My grace is sufficient for you.”

9. When you think you aren’t qualified, remember God says He will give you more than you need.

８神様は、必要なものは何でもあり余るほど与えて、不足がないようにしてくださいます。 それで、必要が満たされたあと、なお十分な余裕があるので、他の人々に喜んで分けることができるのです。2 Corinthians 9:8

10. When you think you don’t have the ability to do something, remember the Bible says you can do all things through Christ’s power.

１３なぜなら、力を与え、強めてくださるキリスト様に助けられて、私は、神様の要求を、何でも成し遂げることができるからです。 Philippians 4:13




11. When you think you don’t have what you need, remember the Bible says God will give you everything you need.

１９この神様は、キリスト・イエスが成し遂げてくださったことに基づいて、ご自身の栄光の富の中から、あなたがたに必要なものをすべて満たしてくださる方です。
Philippians 4:19

12. When you are afraid, the Bible says God will give you power through the Holy Spirit.

７なぜなら、神様が遣わされた聖霊様は、人を恐れず、知恵と力とをみなぎらせ、人を愛し、喜んで人と共に歩むことを、要求なさるからです。2 Timothy 1:7

13. When you feel all alone, remember the Bible says God will never leave you or forsake you.

５お金を愛する心を捨て、現在、与えられているもので満足しなさい。神様は、こう約束しておられるからです。「わたしはどんな場合にも、あなたの期待にそむかず、あなたを見捨てない。」Hebrews 13:5

14. When you are worried or frustrated, the Bible says you can give God your troubles.

７思いわずらいや心配事をすべて、神様にお任せしなさい。というのも、神様のほうで万事、心にかけていてくださるからです。1 Peter 5:7
