From Psalm 139:1-16.
1. The Bible says God searches us and knows
us. (Psalm 139:1)
１ 主よ。 あなたは私の心の奥底まで探り、どんなささいなことも見のがされません。
2. The Bible says God knows everything we do and
everything we think. (Psalm 139:2)
２私の立ち居振る舞いさえご存じです。 遠くからでも、私の内面をすべて読み取られます。
3. The Bible says God knows everything about
us: our personalities, our likes, our
dislikes, and our habits. (Psalm 139:3)
３また、私の進む道を下調べして、どこで休息をとるべきかも教えてくださいます。 常に私の居場所もご存じです。
4. The Bible says God knows what we will say
before we say it. (Psalm 139:4)
４そして、口を開かない前から、私が何を言いたいかも見抜いておられます。
5. The Bible says God “hems us in”. This means God is always before us and always
behind us. We cannot escape God’s
presence. (Psalm 139:5)
５先になりあとになりして、祝福の御手を伸べてくださいます。
6. The Bible says we cannot understand
this. We are only human and God is
God. His ways are wonderful. (Psalm 139:6)
しかし、このようなことはあまりにももったいない話で、ほんとうだとは信じがたいほどです。
7. The Bible says God’s Spirit is
everywhere. God is everywhere, from
Heaven to the depths of the earth and from dawn to dusk, and from sea to
sea. (Psalm 139:7-9)
７神様の視界から逃れることは決してできません。 身を隠すことも、不可能です。 ８たとい天までのぼろうと、神様はそこにおられ、死の世界まで降りて行こうと、神様はそこで待っておられるのです。 ９たとい朝風に乗り、地球の果てまで飛んで行こうと、
8. The Bible says it doesn’t matter where we are
God wants to guide us as we live our life.
(Psalm 139:10)
１０神様の力強い腕は、私を導き、支えてくださいます。
9. The Bible says there is nowhere we can go to
hide from God.
He can see us in the darkness
or the light. (Psalm 139:11-12)
１１もし暗やみにまぎれ込もうとしたりすると、夜はさっと私を照らし出す光となるのです。 １２神様の目をさえぎるのに、暗やみは、何の役にも立ちません。 神様のためなら、夜も昼のように輝くのですから。
10. The Bible says God creates our inmost
being. This means He creates our
conscience and our emotions. The Bible
says God “knit us together” in our mother’s womb. God knows exactly who we are on the inside
and on the outside. (You may be able to fool people, but you can’t
fool God!) (Psalm 139:13)
１３ 神様は、精巧に私の体の各器官を造り、母の胎内で組み立ててくださいました。
11. The Bible says God makes us in a fearful and
wonderful way.
We should have reverence for
God because of the power He has to create us.
We should worship and praise God because His ways are so wonderful. (Psalm 139:14)
１４こんなにも複雑かつ緻密に仕上げてくださったことを感謝します。 その腕前は天下一品だと、よくわかっております。
12. The Bible says God watches us as we are
growing in our mother’s womb. God is
present in our life from the time of conception. He weaves us together before we are
born. (Psalm 139:15)
１５秘密の工房で私を組み立てる時、神様は立ち合われました。
13. The Bible says God knows about our days
before we are born.
God knows what we will do each
day that we are alive and He knows how many days we will live. (Psalm 139:16)
１６生まれる前から、まだ呼吸を始める前から、神様の目は私に注がれており、その生涯にわたるご計画も、練り上げられていたのです。
14. The Bible says God knows all about us. He knows our thoughts, our personalities, our
speech, and our actions. He knows we
aren’t perfect, yet He loves each us anyway.
１０山々は動いて場所を変え、丘は消えてなくなっても、わたしの愛はおまえから離れない。 平安を与えるという約束を、どんなことがあっても破らない。 あなたを愛する神様は、きっぱり断言なさいます。Isaiah 54:10
15. The Bible says God has a plan for each of us.
“For I know the plans I have
for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans
to give you a hope and a future.” Jeremiah
29:11
16. Sometimes we don’t understand God’s
plans. In those times, the Bible says we
should trust God and believe that He knows what is best.
８わたしの計画はおまえたちの考えつく計画とは違い、わたしの思いはおまえたちの思いと同じではない。 ９天が地より高いように、わたしの道はおまえたちの道より高く、わたしの思いはおまえたちの思いより高い。 Isaiah 55:8-9
４５神にも人にも喜ばれ、物事を正しく判断できるようになりたければ、徹底的に神様に頼ることです。 絶対に自分を頼ってはいけません。 ６何をするにも、神様を第一にしなさい。 神様がどうすればよいか教えてくださり、それを成功させてくださいます。 Proverbs 3:4-6
The Bible is God’s “love
letter” to people. He loves each of us
unconditionally. He wants to have a
personal relationship with each us. He knows
us and He knows what is best for us. All
we need to do is trust Him.
